Matching geography is a starting point. Each card tells you what the help is for and what remains unconfirmed.
Off by default. Selecting a card does not create an award. Turning this on includes only requested amounts that pass the modeled location/route checks. Unknown stacks still need provider approval.

These assume wages supply the target income using your take-home percentage. They are not a lender’s qualifying-income or grant-eligibility decision.

Sources, assumptions and limits
Research checked October 20, 2026. Program records carry their own dates. The public rules may change; contact the administrator for current income limits, funding, lien terms and a specific household/property decision. AHP’s older Albany $14,900 summary is superseded here by the city’s April 2026 $25,000 maximum. AHP’s June 2026 reference table is shown for its five listed counties and households of one to eight; it screens the HAP illustration, not every program. This is an independent Capital District Infill educational tool, not a NACA, lender, HUD or government application.

Assistance is allocated once, with DPAL evaluated after other assistance, never beyond remaining project need. SONYMA DPAL uses a conservative 80%-value floor illustration; this is not the full current program underwriting rule. Annual taxes and insurance are divided by twelve. Interest is a standard fixed-rate amortization calculation, not an APR quote. Third-party source links are opened only when you choose them; calculator inputs are not sent with those links.
